individual as a finger print. It's nothing more than a learnt behaviour. The
reason why it can be so hard to find our own solutions is simply because we
keep asking ourselves the same old questions. When you ask different questions
you get different answers
Gaining clarity. Being clear about your goal is the most effective way to
achieving. A coach helps you focus and create complete clarity about what it
is you want to be different in life.
Staying on course. How many times have you made a personal commitment and
then gone off course. The journey of 1000
miles starts and ends in a single step. Achieving what you want becomes much
easier when you have a plan that breaks it down into small manageable steps. A
coach helps you make that plan and stick to it ,
Personal confidence. You are the only one who knows what you want in
life. It can be easy to be influenced by family, friends, TV, the boss and
sometimes, it can be hard to simply focus on what you want out of life and
have the confidence to keep going. A
coach is only concerned in helping you get what you want and helping you
regain control in life and to find freedom to be yourself.
Challenge old beliefs that may be limiting you. Sometimes the best advice comes in the form
of a challenge or when someone simply gives you honest feedback, like a true
friend. Not just tell you what they think you want to hear. As a coach I will
challenge you from time to time. To simply put things in they’re rightful
place and help you focus only on the things that are going to make the
difference.
Partnership. Sometimes making
changes in life can be a lonely process. My job as a coach is to support your
progress and help you keep the faith in yourself as you progress.
